Terms of Service & Regulatory Disclaimers
Effective Date: October 2026 · Governed by the Laws of the State of California, USA
The data feeds, historical archives, wallet clustering analytics, and technical documentation provided by Codelynx inc (“Company”) are intended strictly for computational, quantitative research, and technical backtesting purposes.
NO INVESTMENT ADVICE: Codelynx inc is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or financial analyst under the United States Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or the Commodity Exchange Act. No data provided constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase or sell any digital asset, token, security, or financial derivative.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing the Solana Intelligence Hub website, purchasing historical dataset archives, subscribing to ClickHouse instances, or engaging our Telegram automation bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, quantitative trading firm, or legal entity, you represent that you possess the lawful authority to bind such entity.
2. Data License Grant & Permitted Use
Upon confirmed payment of the applicable archive fees (e.g., $49/day for historical DEX archives or custom enterprise tiers), Codelynx inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download, store, and query the provided dataset files (Parquet, Arrow, JSONL, CSV) internally;
- Ingest data into proprietary algorithmic models, vectorized backtesting engines, and automated execution bots;
- Perform historical research and academic/statistical analyses.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, publicly republish, or syndicate our curated datasets, parsed schemas, or proprietary smart wallet cluster classifications to third parties without prior written consent from Codelynx inc.
3. Nature of Blockchain Ledger Feeds
You acknowledge that public blockchain protocols (including Solana) are decentralized networks governed by third-party validators, developers, and market conditions. While Codelynx inc utilizes private Yellowstone Geyser validator connections to achieve 100% slot capture, blockchain networks are subject to forks, validator reorgs, RPC network partitions, and protocol-level downtime beyond our reasonable control. Data is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
4. Fees, Payment, and Fulfillment Policy
All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Payments are processed exclusively via Whop credit/debit card checkout or corporate bank wire transfers. Upon successful payment authorization, an automated confirmation letter and receipt will be dispatched to the email address specified during checkout.
Delivery SLA & Statutory Fulfillment Window (16 CFR Part 432): Digital dataset archives and cloud download credentials (signed AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 links) are guaranteed to be dispatched to your confirmed email address within a maximum statutory window of twenty-four (24) hours following payment confirmation (standard extraction automated SLA is under 15 minutes). If Codelynx inc is unable to fulfill dataset delivery within 24 hours, you will receive prompt written notice and an immediate unconditional full refund.
Once dataset extraction links have been dispatched to your email, digital access is considered delivered and fees are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE UNITED STATES AND CALIFORNIA LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODELYNX INC, ITS OFFICERS (ANDREW CHAN), DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL IMPAIRMENT, MISSED EXECUTION OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR DATA.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California, or the Northern/Eastern District of California.
